orbital incline of the Express-AM1

According to http://eng.rscc.ru/100/177/280.html there are same problems of Express AM1 at 40.0°E with his orbital .
Do you notice any one of you ,any change of signal strength ? because of incline orbit ?
I'm still receiving the ku band of Express AM1 at 40.0°E with the same signal strength .
